Julie Wiggins
Founder / Tax Accountant
Julie Wiggins, founder of Chaotic Cancellation Inc., brings an unusual mix of accounting, tax, technology, and creative experience to her work. A former network engineer and database programmer, her technical background allows her to understand accounting systems from the inside out — not just what the numbers say, but how the systems and data behind them actually work.
As a California Registered Tax Preparer and IRS E-file Provider, Julie works across accounting, tax preparation, tax planning, and tax resolution, with a particular talent for digging into complicated situations, asking questions, and figuring out how all the pieces fit together.
Julie holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix and studied Linguistics at California State University, Hayward, as well as Computer Science and Recording/Sound Engineering at Diablo Valley College. She also brings international experience and a background in European accounting, including work with FRS and IFRS.
When she isn’t working on accounting and taxes, Julie is usually working on one of her many design projects through her other company, AWFE Design or attempting to corral a wild animal.
